From the Mats to Coaching
Thirteen years of experience, international bouts, and the drive to share the discipline that martial arts taught me.
I remember it like it was yesterday – stepping into an old, sweaty boxing gym at sixteen for my first Muay Thai session. Maybe you’d expect love at first sight – but it wasn’t. For two months I was a human punching bag before quitting and swearing I’d never go back.
But just because you quit martial arts doesn’t mean martial arts quit on you. Years later I became the Czech amateur MMA champion at 93 kg and represented the Czech Republic twice at the Amateur World Championships in Bahrain.
Martial arts are in my heart. Thirteen years after that first step into the gym, I pass on what I’ve learned. I’ve been fortunate to train under excellent coaches in wrestling, judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and strength & conditioning.
I’ll help you avoid the mistakes I made along the way. Whether you’re a hobbyist who wants to lose weight, get stronger, learn self-defense, and build confidence, or a hungry young fighter preparing for your first bouts – we’ll find a way together. All it takes is the will to work hard. See you in the gym.
